All our products are hand made exclusively for us therefore no two items will be exactly the same. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return any unused or unsuitable product with 14 days of your order for a refund, less shipping costs. Please ensure that the item is in it’s original state and packaging.

Delivery Options:

Orders are usually processed and despatched the following business day.

All U.K. orders are sent by First Class “Recorded Delivery” postal service so the majority of our packages arrive the next business day. However, delivery times depend on the efficiency of the postal service and Royal Mail do not guarantee next day delivery for First Class mail.

All E.U. orders are sent by International Airmail “Signed For” postal service. Delivery times vary according to destination country and can take up to and between 7 to 10 days.

All USA orders are sent by Internation Airmail “Signed For” postal service. Delivery times vary according to the destination and can take up to and between 7 to 10 days.

Returns Policy:

Chihuahualiscious endeavours to ensure that all products are free from damage and defects. If however, an item is damaged or faulty we will offer a replacement or credit note to the full value of the merchandise.

If the product you have ordered is not the right size for your pet we will gladly exchange the item as long as the size you require is available. We are unable to refund postage costs once the item has been sent to you. If you have any queries about the sizing please contact us first.

In order to initiate a return please contact us via our “Contact Us” page with your items details and reason for return. If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note: Chihuahualiscious cannot accept returns of personalised items that are the wrong size/ colour or suitability.

We currently accept Pound Sterling, Euro and Dollar currency payments through PayPal.

We also accept personal cheques. However, orders by personal cheque typically take a additional 7 days due to bank clearance times. Make all cheques payable to Chihuahualiscious. Do no send cash.
